QUESTIONS, REFUNDS, RETURNS: If you have any questions about postage or anything else about a products, or have problems with delivery, please contact me immediately.
All sales are final, so please ask all of your questions before purchasing.
Refunds or replacements will only be given on items damaged in the mail and I may require a digital photo of the damage. If an item is damaged please contact me immediately but DO NOT return the item to me before contacting me first. You will be offered a replacement if one is available or a refund in full or in part, depending on the situation.
Refunds or replacements will not be given if you have provided an incorrect or incomplete postal address, have failed to be home to take delivery of an item that needs to be signed for, or the item is returned to me for some other reason.
Having said that, I strive for buyer satisfaction on all transactions, so please be sure to contact me about any problems.
PLEASE REMEMBER THAT SHIPPING IS FOUR TO SIX WEEKS (4 TO 6 WEEKS).
